Frequently Asked Questions

How much is a tattoo?

A lot of different factors come into pay when determining the price of a tattoo. Size, location, color/black and gray are some of the major determining factors on price. I will always try to give you a general quote in the email before your appointment and if you have a budget that you’re wanting to work within we can also discuss that. For smaller one shot pieces I will typically charge by the piece whereas larger pieces I will charge hourly $150/hour.

What do I need to bring with me?

Valid photo ID Such as a drivers license or a passport which I need to make a copy of for the health department to go along with your paperwork which you will be asked to fill out as well.

How should I prepare for my tattoo?

Make sure to come well rested, hydrated and please eat beforehand. Number one reason people pass out is not eating before a tattoo.

Do you tattoo darker skin tones with color?

Of course! I also offer free color tests so you can see how certain colors heal on your skin tone so you don’t have unrealistic expectations/ can choose which colors you like the best. Something to keep in mind is your skin tone is like a filter over top of the tattoo so imagine you’re wearing brown sunglasses and you can see the color but it almost has a brown tint to it so the colors are a little bit more muted. If you prefer no color I can also alter any of my designs to black and gray.

Can I bring a guest?

Currently due to Covid guests aren’t allowed at your appointment but if they want to wait in the car they are more than welcome to do that!

How much is a deposit?

My deposits are $50 and I take them through either Venmo or PayPal but please do not send me a deposit without confirming an appointment date with me first. Please note in the event of a no call no show, you forfeit said deposit in addition to losing the ability to book with me in the future.

Will you tattoo anything?

If I feel like it is something I am confident can pull off and it will look good I am more than willing to do stuff that’s a little bit different than what a normally do but if is something that I do not feel comfortable doing/ think someone else would be a better fit I will recommend you to someone else.

How long does it take to get an email response?

I try to check my emails at least twice a week but sometimes it’s hard to since I am doing all of my own booking so please just be patient with me.
